Excellent service. Maria is wonderful and seems to have a lot of experience . I was very happy with the result But single minor comment , I was not expecting the pay this much $105 for trimming only . The haircut was not a stylish and sophisticated. Overall I am happy to come back !

I came in for a haircut by a junior stylist, Vera today. She was very personable and attentive. After much discussion she shampooed, cut and styled me hair in a new sleek way. I liked the new look very much! Before leaving the salon, I noticed the hair on the right side was a tag shorter compared to the left. I asked Lenny if he can ask Vera to fix it. Vera was working with another client and I didn’t want to bother her. Lenny took it upon himself to help me. I was very grateful for Lenny for stepping in and fine tuned my hair cut! I apparently didn’t confirm my appointment from the online app. Likely entirely my fault. But Greg behind the desk jumped to my rescue to see if my person could squeeze me into his already packed schedule. They did! I was having a rough day but both Greg and Lenny helped turn it around with terrific service, conversation and, of course, a terrific cut!!! Only thing I need to remember is to leave with a little curl cream and no blow dry. My hair doesn’t like it and it takes time from my stylist. Who is phenomenal and gave me a cut that lasted 3 months while I traveled around the country. Can’t say enough good about the teamwork here.

My Styist ALLISON, was very Informative about my hair. She explain things I didn’t know about my hair, my natural wave, the natural texture, the dryness, not to wash your hair so much. To much washing, Strips the color. Use certain products that will help take the frizziness away, use serum.

Vanessa is the bomb. OZZy is a rock star. I love the results of my hair every time I go there. Never disappointed yet.

As usual, I love my haircut! However, I am always disappointed to see people at L. Salon wearing balaclavas/ neck gaiters. These are not adequate protection against COVID-19 for either the person wearing one or for other people. I hope you will make a rule requiring everyone to wear a mask and not a neck gaiter. Some people complain that behind-the-ear masks irritate them and say they cannot wear them all day long. I sympathize. However, it is possible to buy masks that can be secured over-the-head. (Of course, you cannot get a haircut wearing one of these masks, but they are an alternative for employees.) One company that makes such very comfortable masks is Beau Ties, Ltd: https://www.beautiesltd.com/collections/face-coverings?_=pf&pf_pt_product_type=Over-The-Head%20Face%20Mask. There are other companies that make such masks, too.

Ozzie is so talented, my hair cut are amazing and Danelle is a colorist extraordinaire, I can describe a rough idea of the color or highlights I’m looking for and she makes it happen. Just take a look at the new me. And keep in mind that at my hair is naturally curly.
