While we understand that life happens and cancellations happen, please let us know 48 hours before your appointment if you’re not able to make it in. If you’re not able to do this, we’ll need to charge you 50% of your scheduled service(s) to compensate our stylists for their time. A 50% charge will be applied to all no shows and cancellations.
